How to create an account and log in

  1. Visit whatsislive.com
  2. Click LOG IN at the top right of the page.
  3. When the overlay appears click on "Register".
  4. After clicking "Register" there will appear a form you’ll need to fill out.
  5. Upon clicking "Register" a confirmation e-mail, to verify your e-mail address, will be send to your inbox from support@whatislive.com. Press the link send to you to verify your e-mail address. If you haven’t received any e-mail be sure to check your spam filter.
  6. Once your account is created you can start using whats live? and create your own channels and events.

How to create and manage your events

  1. Click on your account name in the top right corner of the website and select from the drop down menu "create an event", for a free event, or "my channels" for a paid premium event.
  2. Fill out the form on the next site, choose an image for your event/channel and press "create".
  3. If you habe chosen the paid option, you will need to fill out to forms and proceed to the payment center.
  4. After the payment is done, you’ll receive a confirmation mail and your event will be directly seen on whatislive.com/de

How to delete your events or channels

  1. Click on your account name in the top right corner of the website and select „My Channel„ from the drop down menu.
  2. On this site you see all your channels. If you roll over one channel with your cursor there appears an "X" which stands for delete. If you press the button and confirm your channel and all the events inside of the channel will be deleted.
  3. If you want to deleted just a special event, you need to navigate to your channel and will there get the same roll over options.
  4. Be careful while deleting events or channels, because it might not be possible to restore them again.

Why can’t I login to my account?

Having trouble logging in to your whats live? account?
Here are a few steps to take.

  1. Your email address is what you use to access your account. You do NOT have a username.
  2. Reset your Password

How to reset your Password

  1. Click the "Login"-Button on the top right corner of the website and select "Forgotten your Passwort?" from the overlay window.
  2. Type in your E-Mail address and press "submit".
  3. You should receive an email with a link to reset your password.

    4. The password reset option can take a few minutes for the email to appear in your inbox. Before submitting the form again, we recommend waiting for confirmation in your email, searching your inbox for support@whatislive.com and don't forget to check your spam folder.
